You’re not finding true “new” sawblades anymore. Everything is either refurbished OEM or used.
Best Options
1. Refurbished OEM (easy route)
-
Vendors like Original Wheels carry refinished sets. The link to the Original Wheels sawblades is here.
-
Ebay also lists some variants of refinished wheels, link here.
-
Clean, ready to bolt on. Double check that center caps are provided, as often times vendors do not provide the center caps.
-
More expensive option than cleaning your factory ones up.
-
Still OEM cores, just refinished (you can do this yourself too)
2. Used Sets (best value)
-
Facebook Marketplace, forums, junkyards
-
~$200–$800 per set, depending on condition
-
Expect oxidation, peeling clear, curb rash
-
Ideal if you plan to restore them.
3. Reproductions
-
Available but not true OEM
-
Lower resale, not preferred by most OBS guy
Center Caps (Big Pain Point)
If you’re piecing together a set, center caps are usually the hardest part to find in good shape.
OEM Caps
-
GM Part #: 15650047
-
Smooth brushed aluminum finish
-
No logo
-
Push-on style
-
Most originals are worn, faded, or missing
-
NOTE: The NBS Escalade center caps are similar, however feature the escalade logo.
Aftermarket Option
-
Still in production
-
Fitment is solid, clips in properly
-
Finish isn’t perfect vs OEM, but close enough
-
One of the few Dorman parts that’s actually acceptable
What to Check Before Buying
-
Deep pitting (avoid it)
-
Lip damage / curb rash
-
Matching set of 4
-
Center caps included
-
Correct specs (16x7, 6x5.5)
Bottom Line
-
Want easy → buy refurbished
-
Want cheap → buy used and restore
Sawblades are getting harder to find. Clean sets don’t last.
