Years with Drops thread still the go-to catalog
KuzIKan opened it wanting one spot for every drop height and pic, promising to strike entries once someone posted.

Core list
1999-2004 trucks go from a plain 2" drop to 2/4 on 18s, then 3/5, and even the 4/6 & 5/7 shots.
1988-1998 gets listed with 2", 2/4 on 17s, 3/4 on 15s, 3/5 on 17s, 4/6 on 17s and 20s, 5/7 on 20s, 5/8 on 18s, 6/8 on 17s, and 7/9 on 20s.
1973-1987 coverage is 2", 2/4, 3/5, 4/6, and 5/7.

Plugged-in builds
By July an 03 owner offered pics of his 4/6 drop on 255/55R18s to start clearing the list.
Silver350 dropped a 98 with a 3/4 slam.
A 97 guy simply noted ‘97 with 4/6 on 17’s’.
A 95 Silverado post says the 4/6 slam is getting bags in the lower control arms.
03BlueChevyBoy tried to post 4/6 pics, linked to Cardomain, and asked about fitting 22s without trimming the wells.

Hardware chatter
One owner asked how the 90 with a 4/6 was built.
One reply bragged about a 9-11 drop and CKTA had 10-12.
Jer confirmed Rob ran 255/35R18 up front and 255/45R18 out back.
Hotchkis 4" lowering leafs and 2.5" coils reportedly brought the wife’s 90 down 3", but the owner wants the 454ss to sit on a 2" lowering spindle and 1" coil instead.

Questions floating
LayenXFrame wondered if a full complete nice lowering job costs close to a bag setup.
hiimdoc asked if a 3" torsion key up front and 4" shackles/hangers in back would just match a factory 2WD on an 00 Z71.
badazzbowtie wanted to know how far his 2" drop 90 Scottsdale could go without cutting anything besides leafs.

Thread vibe
Another user called it dream land while plotting his uncle’s 88 GMC.
The original post kept reminding everyone to post pics and let a mod tidy the list.
